*notice the GIANT life size picture of Tiffany in the background? Ben was of course baby Jesus..he didn't like being laid down and forgotten about, but was happy later to be laying on his stomach. David and his family showed up as we were singing Christmas songs. David was having knee surgery the next day, Mom and Dad were taking him. Mom has had quite the year with Doctor appointments for Dad's back, taking David to two early morning surgeries, and offering to take care of me after my surgery. Thanks Mom! His knees are a mess from an accident when he was in his teens..hitting the back of a car while riding a scooter. They went in and "tightened" his sloppy knees. I can't look at them without cringing, having knee problems myself, I know it has to hurt.
we lined up all of the grandkids, (minus two) for pictures. Isabella (crying) was still warming up to us. It takes a while to get used to our family. Here she is later playing with a car..happy as a lark. Her Mom thinks she looks like me, poor kid. She is however, the spitting image of her Dad..
I had to add this picture of Brigham crying he rarely cries, or throws tantrums. When he does, they are usually very short lived, and he resumes being a happy toddler..he wanted candy, I think it's his favorite thing to eat at Nana's. The second picture is a little bit after he was given taffy and was sitting on his favorite aunt Amy's lap..
Merry Christmas..and Happy Birthday Big Bird..(Richard) Sorry you are so old! (to quote Dad).
